Happiness-a state of mind: -

Happiness state of mind may be different for all of us, but we all strive to achieve it. Some people find happiness in achieving things for themselves, while some feel satisfied when they make others happy. Some find happiness with friends and family, while others enjoy solitude. 


Make others happy for lasting contentment: -

Some people derive their happiness by engaging in social work. Helping others gives an unparalleled surreal feeling. The smile you bring on others' faces by giving any kind of support gives satisfaction like nothing. Therefore, some people live by the rule to make others happy. 


The happiness of pursuit: -

A life without a goal or purpose often leads a person to dejection and demotivation. The happiness of pursuit of life goals is magical. Set goals that are valuable to you. Direct your life towards their achievement. Celebrate your small accomplishments with your loved ones. Cherish good memories and try to forget the unpleasant ones. 


Count your blessings: -

The key to eternal bliss lies in being thankful for whatever you have. Comparing yourself to others and their blessings leads to dismay. The feeling of malice eats a person from inside without even letting him realize it. Instead, look at those who are not as privileged as you are. Look for ways to make others happy, especially the deprived and needy. 


Don't forget to prioritize yourself: -

While you are striving to make others happy, don't forget yourself! It is important to make yourself happy. Take out time for yourself. Listen to your favorite music. Take a walk by the sea, in the garden, or anywhere close to nature. Reflect on yourself. Ask yourself, "Where can I find happiness?", "What makes me happy the most?". Express yourself. Don't let yourself fade away while trying to make others happy. Do things that you enjoy the most. Adopt a healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise, meditation and yoga, and sufficient hours of sleep give a healthy mind and body. A healthy person is a happy person.
